Einadia nutans Black Hill Conservation Park CHENOPODIACEAEEinadia nutans
Einadia comes from two Greek words, ein meaning one, and andros meaning male, a reference to the solitary stamen in the flower. This plant was previously known as Rhagodia nutans. Very widely distributed across South Australia. These plants are low growing perennials which have distinctive leaves and fruit. Viewing the photos on this page will show leaves that are rounded, and others that are lance shaped.
