COVID-19 Coronavirus response update:
2 June 2020

The Friends of Black Hill & Morialta are pleased to be able to report some easing with respect to volunteering. These are the restrictions coming in from 8th June 2020:
  1. Meeting outdoors only;
  2. Social distancing between volunteers, volunteers to maintain at least 1.5m distancing avoiding all physical contact;
  3. No sharing of tools/equipment without sanitizing tools;
  4. No attendance at events if feeling at all unwell.
If you are not a regular volunteer equipped by the Friends group please contact us directly if you'd like to join us for an event. We are also accepting new volunteers from this date. It is essential you contact us for more information.

About the Parks

Backdrop to the Adelaide Plains

Spectacular scenery, conservation of natural lands, along with our indigenous flora and fauna, combine in Black Hill, Morialta and Horsnell Gully Conservation Parks. They also provide opportunities in an outdoor setting for recreation for park visitors. Together they form a major open space along the foothills that is the Adelaide Hills Face Zone.
